What is Best Practice ?

Do you know what best practice is?

Best practice is using each stage of child restraint for as long as possible. For example:

Keeping your child rear facing till they reach the 2nd shoulder height marker regardless of their age.

Keeping your child harnessed when forward facing for as long as possible regardless of age. There are many restraints now that will allow a large child to be harnessed till 8 years of age and a smaller child for much longer.

Or keeping them in a booster for as long as possible.

It is recommended to keep children in child restraints till they are either 12 years of age or 1.45m.

There's an industry saying that goes:

"A step up in restraints is a step down in safety " .

Correct and tight is always right.
